Model Session Development: Combine various techniques into a model session for clear application and maximum therapeutic results.

Evaluation and Application

In-depth Breath Evaluation: Employ Body-Reading techniques to assess the breath’s impact through the head, neck, ribcage, shoulders, and spine.

Deep Bodywork with Breath: Integrate deep and soft bodywork with breath therapy, adapting to the client’s individual breath pattern to meet their specific needs.

By the end of this module, you will understand how to create a state of increased energy or "Activation" in your clients, helping them to uncover, release, and integrate physical, emotional, and mental patterns through enhanced breathing techniques.
