Graduated in clinical and pathological psychology in 2010, I work in private practice and in nursing homes for a few years. My background as a dancer led me to train in somatic education, which progressively engaged me in body coaching.  Fascinated by the plasticity of fascia and their interconnection with the cognitive and emotional system, I finished in 2018 a training in Fasciatherapy (Myofascial Energetic Release). In 2020 I am training in Cranio-Sacral -Energy. I propose a holistic accompaniment (taking into account the globality of the being: physical, psychic, emotional and spiritual) which is part of a sensitive and deep body practice.  The proposed space is a time for and within oneself. It tends towards an awareness of the body experienced in search of a somatic balance. All the practices proposed are manual practices that solicit the body’s self-regulating forces and guide each person towards a form of regulatory autonomy.
