Grounding is a module that is a part of the Myofascial Energetic Release professional training. This training module delivers comprehensive techniques to address and alleviate pain in the feet, legs, and hips through deep bodywork, joint mobilization, and stretching exercises.
Participants will learn to assess lower body complaints effectively, apply advanced myofascial anatomy knowledge, and use Body-Reading to detect and correct structural imbalances. The focus is on enhancing touch sensitivity and understanding the psychology of pain, preparing practitioners to integrate treatment from the lower limbs to the pelvic and spinal areas for improved patient outcomes.
