Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy of the MER Treatment Center

We understand that plans can change.
However, we require advance notice for cancellations to avoid fees.

Please, find below our cancellation and/or reschedule policies for single session or packages.

How to reschedule?

You can reschedule appointment(s) up to 24 hours before through the links that you received in the post-booking/confirmation email from: treatmentcenter@myofascialtrainings.com or log in into your account on our booking platform.
Less than 24h hours before your appointment, the scheduled service will be considered as a “no-show” and no refund will be possible, apart from medical emergencies (proven with a medical certificate).

How to Cancel?

Same-Day Cancellation Policy (less than 24h):

Any appointments canceled on the same day (less than 24 h before) as the scheduled service will be considered a “no-show” and no refund will be possible, apart from medical emergencies (proven with a medical certificate).

Less than 1 week Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your appointment online and we will refund you 50% of your payment by bank transfer. Thank you for sending us your bank details by email.
Except for medical emergencies (proven by a medical certificate), when we’ll refund your payment minus a 20% admin and processing fees.

Between 1 week and 1 month Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your appointment(s) online and we’ll refund your payment minus a 20% admin and processing fees.
Thank you for sending us your bank details by email.

More than 1 month Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your appointment(s)/Package online and we will refund you the deposit minus a 10% admin and processing fee. Thank you for sending us your bank details by email after your cancellation.

No-Show Policy:

A “no-show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the reserved service.

We reserve the right to refuse future appointments for excessive cancellations or no-shows.
